this sacred time

March 21, 2020May 9, 2020 by Breathing Space Coventry

This Sacred Time is a meditation we can use on weekends; we are invited to reflect on our global and personal situations and explore our responses to the art of Sieger Koder.

For live-streamed Evening Prayers, go to our page on Facebook Breathing Space Coventry for a ten-minute end of day pause each weekday at 5.30pm. (You can also access later any time).

pandemic : what if we think about these weeks as a sacred time? … as an invitation to covenant, to retreat – as the most sacred of times?

We are closed for any visitors until further notice.

2230 on 6th April. In isolation and alone this time of night. Finding things scary, if I’m honest, but so pleased that I have a great God to Whom I can come with my feelings and prayers knowing that he knows all about me and life. Joined your prayer time as it arrived in an email from Colin. So helpful and so many thanks to you both. Teresa x

Good to hear from you Teresa. Yes, it is such an unsettling time. Perhaps it is forcing us all to rediscover our own vulnerability, to learn to let go and trust, and to value the goodness, truth and beauty that surrounds us. Keep well and be blessed. Peter and Lois.
